 How does this work?

You simply purchase a website ticket (task) and submit your job requirements to us.

For example, say your Google Analytics tracking isn’t working on your website. You simply purchase a ticket and then submit the information of your job  to us (we will require logins from you). We complete your job within 2-3 business days.

Tasks generally are small jobs that take up to approximately 30 minutes per ticket.

If you aren’t sure how long your website task will take then just ask us and we can give you a guide.

If you need more than 30 minutes help then you simply just purchase more tasks (you can purchase in bulk).

  • Costs for 1 – 5 tasks (tickets) is $79/ticket
  • Costs for 6 – 10 tasks (tickets) is $69/ticket

What is the process when I join?
When you join, your payment will be deducted each month for that membership. Once you signup, we will contact you to get your logins so that we can begin the backup and update process for you.
Am I locked into a contract?

No. Absolutely not. You simply purchase a ticket (task) as and when you need help.

Does it matter who my website host is?

No, we can work with nearly all website hosting companies. If you aren’t sure just email us at support@picassomedia.com.au.

What details do you need from me?

We will need your website dashboard logins along with your website hosting (FTP and Cpanel login details). If you don’t know what these are, just let us know, we can help you figure it out.

Plus information on your technical problem or tasks.

How do the support tickets work?

You can log your tasks via our tech support form, this link is emailed to you upon purchase.

An example of a support ticket could be you wish to add an optin form to your website. Simply lodge a support ticket and we can add in an optin form to your website.

What if I go over the allocated support hours?

If you have used up all of your support time then you just need to purchase a ticket. If you feel as if your task will be longer than the 30 minutes then just check with us prior to purchase.

We will also email you if the tasks requires more time (prior to starting).

What if upgrades break my website?

We always back up your website and test it first. So in the unlikely case that anything does break we can restore a previous version of your site.
