What is the process when I join?
When you join, your payment will be deducted each month for that membership. Once you signup, we will contact you to get your logins so that we can begin the backup and update process for you.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Absolutely not. Your membership is a month by month subscription and you can cancel at anytime.
Does it matter who my website host is?
No, we can work with nearly all website hosting companies.
What details do you need from me?
We will need your WordPress dashboard logins along with your FTP and Cpanel login details. If you don’t know what these are, just let us know, we can help you figure it out.
How do the support tickets work?
Each month you can use up to 3 hours in support tickets. You can log your support tickets in the members area. You can use support tickets for any questions, issues, tweaks or fixes relating to your WordPress website.

An example of a support ticket could be you wish to add an optin form to your website. Simply lodge a support ticket and we can add in an optin form to your website.

What if I go over the allocated support hours?
If you have used up all of your support time in your support plan then we bill you on an hourly rate. You can purchase extra hours in the client area.
What if upgrades break my website?
We always back up your website and test it first. Each month you receive an hour of upgrade support. If there are any issues and it looks like we will need longer we will contact you first.
How many times do you backup and update the site?
We backup your website daily (database daily and ALL files weekly) and do all updates within 48 hours of them happening.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time (although we would love you to stay). To cancel, you can either submit a support ticket or cancel direct through your PayPal account.
