There are two main ongoing costs to keep your website live on the Internet:

1. Hosting: Every website on the Internet needs to be ‘hosted’ on a server. It’s like paying a monthly “rent” for your website to “live” on the Internet. Without it, your website would not exist. We provide you with one month free hosting and website management is charged each month. Our fees includes hosting  and ongoing support. See our website care plans.
2. Domain Name Renewal: Each year, your domain name will require renewal. If we purchased this on your behalf, we will simply renew it for you at cost each year ($45 for 12 months, subject to change) as part of our ongoing website development service.

Never. There are no ongoing contracts with our web design service. We do have ongoing monthly fees to help keep your website up to date. You can cancel your website anytime. You simply pay month to month

We always take a detailed brief of your project and you are quoted on this project specification.

Should you wish to add features during the project it may require a new project quote or an additional fee on top of  your original quote.

Please understand that any change of brief requires us to rebuild content and takes research, time, and effort.

You can make as many changes to your website wording as you like.  You will be able to add blogs, additional pages and more! 

We do not charge you to add any more content. However if you do require us to make changes on your behalf there are costs involed. We can provide a quote at the time.

Some of our Website Care Plans include time for us to spend on your website each month.

We can have your draft website ready within 7 business days. Any delays to this will depend on how quickly you can send Picasso Media your initial information and the time it takes you to review your website (we provide two revisions).

Once you have approved your website, we will publish your website to go live and it will be publicly viewable on your domain name.

Please note that your website will not come up in the search results just yet because Google takes between 4 days to 4 weeks to discover a new website for ranking purposes. This is a very normal process, so just need to keep an eye on it until you see it show up. ​

This is no problem. We will assist you in going live with the website to ensure your website is setup correctly with your domain name.

Google My Business is a Google service which allows you have a Google Places listing (a “pin” on the Google map) to give your business name and map when users search your business name.

We can integrate your current Google Places Map if you have one. Or we can assist you to set up your account.

We do this for a one-off fee for $200.
